1-on-1 Training

As a recognized certified personal trainer, I will work closely with you to understand your specific needs and develop a plan that fits your lifestyle. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, build muscle, or improve your overall well-being, I provide the guidance and motivation you need. With regular progress assessments and adjustments, we can ensure you stay on track and reach your desired outcomes effectively. My coaching sessions can be conducted in-person or virtually.

Wellness Tips

Nutrition, exercise, stress management, and sleep quality are integral to a plan that enhances your overall health. By setting realistic goals and providing continuous support to help you achieve them, I am here as a resource. Integrating mindfulness practices, lifestyle adjustments, and other professional referrals where necessary, you will feel empowered to take control of your wellness journey, ensuring sustainable and long-lasting results.

Schedules & Tear Sheets

Soar offers a calendar planning system, as well as workout plan tear sheets suited to your specific goals. We will work together to schedule the best times of day, frequencies, durations, and styles that will leave you well-equipped to reach your goals in a way that fits seamlessly into your commitments. My goal is to make the process (..dare I say..) fun!

Plans and Pricing

Depending on your needs and desires, I am happy to negotiate a price point that works for you.

I offer subscription plans, ad-hoc sessions, and one-time meetings.

First time discussion and planning is $20.

Pre-packaged routines can be purchased at $15 per piece.

Originally from NYC, I moved to the Philadelphia region 10 years ago. I received my undergraduate degree from Barnard College at Columbia University and have been in the financial services/consulting industry for the past 10 years. I have been a certified personal trainer for 3 years, which led me to launch Soar

I live in Wayne, Pennsylvania, right outside of Philadelphia, with my husband, Keith, and our canine son, Calvin. In my free time, I am Treasurer of the local Associate Board for Girls on the Run and am a member of the Women in Investing of Philadelphia group (WIN). I have run 3 marathons, 6 half marathons and countless other races! I love baking and make my own almond/pistachio/cashew nut butters, granola, and desserts (GF and no sugar added!) Crafting and exploring local farmers markets is also a passion of mine. My favorite part of my week is doing my weekend long walks with Keith & Calvin - we love trying new coffee shops and visiting our local farmers markets!
